The opening of the Mostar – Dionisio Wine City 2024 event took place on March 19th, at a ceremony organized by the City of Mostar, the BiH Foreign Trade Chamber, the USAID Developing Sustainable Tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Turizam) project, and members of the Herzegovina Wine Route celebrated the prestigious title of the European Wine City Dionisio 2024 awarded to Mostar by the European Network of Wine Cities (RECEVIN).

Mostar, as a strategic hub for the entire territory, solidifies its pivotal role with this title. Members from several countries members of Iter Vitis and RECEVIN (Azerbaijan, Croatia, Israel, Italy, Moldova, Portugal) attended the event to recognise the importance of Mostar and Herzegovina among the emergent top players in European wine tourism sector.
