RECEVIN – European Network of Wine Cities was in Brussels, at the European Parliament, on October 15th.
Baixo Alentejo – European Wine City 2026 was also present and gave a presentation with the following speakers: Rosa Melchor, president of RECEVIN; António Bota, president of the Intermunicipal Council of CIMBAL; Luís Encarnação, president of the Association of Portuguese Wine Municipalities (AMPV), and a representative of the Alentejo Regional Tourism Board.
RECEVIN’s board also met that day.
At the end of the day, RECEVIN and the European Wine City 2026 delegation were welcomed at the headquarters of CAP (Portuguese Farmers’ Confederation), with a tasting of wines and cuisine from Baixo Alentejo.
