In 2009, Recevin instituted the celebration of the European Wine Tourism Day, on the 2nd Sunday of November in the network’s member cities.
This celebration took on a worldwide character from 2019, with the partnership of AMETUR – World Wine Tourism Association.
The European Wine Tourism Day includes a series of events based on the promotion of wine regions, organized by each city in its territory, promoted in a common way, in order to have a stronger impact in terms of image and dissemination.
The date is celebrated with its own programs in each city, featuring conferences, concerts, visits to wineries and vineyard tours, wine and food tastings, exhibitions and many other initiatives.
